CANADA POST UPDATE

The months-long 2025 nation-wide strike by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) has now lifted, and shipping has now resumed. You can find the latest Canada Post service updates on the Canada Post website here.

SHIPPING TO THE USA IS ON HOLD

Unfortunately, the steep rise in rates for American tariffs on September 1 2025 has now made it prohibitively expensive for me to ship to the USA. If and/or when this situation changes, I will update here. Please check my News page regularly for the latest postal updates, too. Shipping costs at checkout are simple—a flat rate of $8.00 per order for Canada and the USA, $15.00 internationally. All orders are mailed via Canada Post with tracking. Once your package is mailed, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can then follow the progress of your delivery on the Canada Post website. If you need an item in a hurry, you can message me through the Contact page when placing your order and I can have it expedited (please note that additional shipping charges may apply).

An important note about shipping: If a package ends up costing less than the flat rate of $8.00 ($15.00 international) to ship (including tracking), the difference will be refunded to you. Packages that end up costing more than the flat rate will remain unchanged—you pay the usual amount at checkout, and I will cover any extra costs.

Refunds are applied after mailing, so you won't see a change when placing your order—you will still pay the usual flat shipping rate at checkout. If your package is eligible for a refund, it will be applied within 5 days of your order mailing. Thanks for shopping!
